He is a RCI registered Clinical Psychologist with 12 years of experience in field of mental health. He is Ph. D in Positive Psychology, from Department of Psychology, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi and completed his M. Phil. in Medical and Social Psychology (Clinical Psychology) from Post Graduate Institute of Behavioral and Medical Sciences, Raipur. He is working as Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Department of Social Welfare, Government of NCT Delhi, and visiting consultant at The Delhi Society for Special Children, Okhla-Delhi. He is an academic counselor at Indra Gandhi National Open University. He holds tremendous experience in treatment of addiction and is associated with various esteemed De addiction and rehabilitation centers.

He also holds expertise and special interest in Child and Adolescent mental health. He is known for his psycho-diagnostic and therapeutic skills. He is very proficient in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, dealing with Personality Disorders, OCD, Depression and Anxiety Disorders along with different type of behavioral problems. He is equally interested and skilled in research area and has got multiple research publications in various international and national journals.
