A dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with 3 years of experience in the mental health field. She has earned an M. Phil in Clinical Psychology from an Institute approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India.

Skilled in providing evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions in various outpatient and inpatient settings. Clinically trained in conducting psychological assessments such as personality, IQ, neuropsychological assessments as well as projective testing.

She provide psychotherapy to individuals diagnosed with a range of mental health disorders, namely Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Affective Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Substance Dependance, Panic Attacks, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Hyperkinetic Disorder, Intellectual & Learning Disabilities as well as to individuals with various inter personal and intra personal conflicts.

Her Therapy approach is primarily rooted in Psychodynamic and Trauma-Informed Approaches, focusing particularly on childhood trauma, early attachment styles, and attachment work, along with a preference for employing an eclectic approach to tailor therapies as per the socio-cultural background of the client.

She has actively conducted various Mental Health Awareness Camps, pioneered Queer Mental Health Support and Career Counseling programs, fostering a supportive environment for all. Navigating subjectivity in a world often perceived as objective is a challenge she embraces.
